DESCRIPTION
Double Cone Dryer, which is a conducted heat transferring rotary dryer of batch operation, is mainly suited for vacuum drying of slurry or liquid form materials.

The double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double cone rotary tank. Under the vacuum condition in the tank, steam or hot water is introduced into the jacket for heating.

The heat is in contact with the wet material through the inner wall of the tank. The water vapor evaporated after the wet material absorbs heat and is pumped away through the vacuum exhaust pipe through the vacuum pump. Because the tank body is in a vacuum state, and the rotation of the tank body makes the materials constantly turn up, down, inside, and outside, it speeds up the drying speed of the materials, improves the drying efficiency, and achieves the purpose of uniform drying. The double cone rotary vacuum dryer system is mainly composed of a double cone rotary vacuum dryer, condenser, dust collector, vacuum pumping system, heating system, cooling system, electric control system, etc.

SZG Series Double cone Rotating Vacuum Dryer is a new generation drying device developed by our factory on the basis of combining the technology of similar equipment. It has two connecting ways, belt connection, and chain connection. Therefore, the dryer is stable in operation. The special design guarantees two shafts realize good concentricity.

The heat medium and vacuum system all adopt reliable rotating connectors with the technology from the USA. On this basis, we also developed SZG-A. It can carry out steeples speed change and constant temperature control.

Features:
1. When the heat source (hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) pass through the sealed jacket, the heat will be transmitted to raw material through the inner shell;
2. Under the action of driving power, the tank is rotated slowly and the raw material is mixed continuously. The purpose of reinforced drying can be realized
3. The raw material is under vacuum condition. When steam pressure is dropping, it makes the moisture (solvent) at the surface of the raw material becomes saturated and then evaporates. The solvent will be discharged through the vacuum pump.
4. The moisture (solvent) of raw material will infiltrate, evaporate and discharge continuously.
5. The production processes are carried out continuously and the drying can be done in a short time.

Installation and Commissioning and Training:

1. Buyers arrange installation and debugging by themselves under a manual book from the supplier.

2. If the buyer requires engineers from the seller's party, the buyer should arrange the following items:

(A)Within 30 days after the machines are delivered to the buyer's factory, the buyer shall inform the seller to arrange engineers to the buyer's factory for installation, commissioning, testing, and training of machine operators.

(B)The buyer should provide the engineers(1-2 person) the boarding and lodging, transportation during the engineer's stay in the buyer's country, and round trip air ticket and visa fee for the engineers. Besides, the buyer should pay the money as salary for one engineer per day.
