Product Description

 

Working principles:
A horizontal ribbon mixer is one kind of single shaft mixer of high efficiency, wide application.
A horizontal, single shaft with a double proportioned ribbon is housed in the tubular mixing drum. The vortex ribbon rotates with the main shaft and thus brings raw material to move towards the direction of the vortex ribbon. The outer ribbon push material from two ends to the center and the inner ribbon push material from the center to two ends, and thus convection mixing is achieved.
The horizontal paddle mixer is equipped with systematic paddles, with one circle of main shaft rotation; two systematic paddles will push materials in different directions.
There is an outlet at bottom of the mixer, the vortex structure of the outer ribbon and the main shaft rotation push material from two ends to the center, so no leftover will stay in mixer tank after discharge.

1. Flexible material selection

Material can be carbon steel, manganese steel, ss304, 316L, and 321; besides, different

materials can also be used in combination. Surface treatment for stainless steel include sandblasting, wiredrawing, polishing, mirror polishing, all can be used in different parts of a mixer

2. The driven unit

  Options for motors: general motors, explosion-proof motors, variable frequency motors, high efficiency, and energy-saving motors. Commonly used reducers: R-series, K-series, and F-series gearbox; cycloidal reducer, universal gear reducer, planetary gear reducer.

Commonly motor-gearbox connection: direct connection, pulley connection, hydraulic coupler connection.

3. High efficiency mixing unit
Different main shaft agitators can be equipped according to the properties of raw materials.
The main shaft agitator could be an inner and outer ribbon, paddle and ribbon, disconnected ribbon, and shaver-shaped agitator.

4. Excellent discharging unit

The drive types of valve are Manual, pneumatic, and electric.
Valves for consideration: powder spherical valve, cylinder valve, plum-blossom dislocation valve, butterfly valve, rotary valve, etc.

5. Various inlets 
Various inlets on the top cover of the barrel can be designed according to different situations.
They can be used as manholes, cleaning doors, feeding holes, vents, and dust collecting holes.

The top cover can be designed as a fully-opened lid for easy cleaning.

6. Powerful auxiliary components 
The mixer is frequently equipped with many auxiliary components, like a steam coil jacket, honeycomb pressure jacket, medium circulation jacket

sampling valve, high-speed chopper, temperature sensor, weighing system, dust removal system, and so on.
Different heat medium requires a different jacket, it can be used for heating and cooling, while, the temperature should be within 250 Celsius degree.

Installation and Commissioning and Training:

1. Buyers arrange installation and debugging by themselves under a manual book from the supplier.

2. If the buyer requires engineers from the seller's party, the buyer should arrange the following items:

(A)Within 30 days after the machines are delivered to the buyer's factory, the buyer shall inform the seller to arrange for engineers to the buyer's factory for installation, commissioning, testing, and training of machine operators.

(B)The buyer should provide the engineers(1-2 person) the boarding and lodging, transportation during the engineer's stay in the buyer's country, and round trip air ticket and visa fee for the engineers. Besides, the buyer should pay the money as salary for one engineer per day.
