DESCRIPTION

In a fluid bed dryer, good contact between hot air and particles to be dried so obtained which causes rapid drying.

Theory:
If gas is allowed to flow upwards through a bed of solids particles at a velocity greater than the settling velocity of the particles, the particles are partially suspended in the gas stream.

The resultant mixture of solids and gas behave like a liquid and the solids are said to be fluidized. Each individual solid particle is surrounded by the drying gas with the result that the drying takes place in a much shorter period.

Principle
^{In the fluidized bed dryer, hot air or gas is passed at high pressure through a perforated bottom of the container containing granules to be dried.
The granules are suspended in the stream of air and are lifted from the bottom. This condition is called a fluidized state.
The hot air is surrounded every granule to completely dry them. Thus materials or granules are uniformly dried.}

Installation and Commissioning and Training:

1. Buyers arrange installation and debugging by themselves under a manual book from the supplier.

2. If the buyer requires engineers from the seller's party, the buyer should arrange the following items:

(A)Within 30 days after the machines are delivered to the buyer's factory, the buyer shall inform the seller to arrange engineers to the buyer's factory for installation, commissioning, test, and training machine operators.

(B)The buyer should provide the engineers(1-2 person) the boarding and lodging, transportation during the engineer's stay in the buyer's country, and round trip air ticket and visa fee for the engineers. Besides, the buyer should pay the money as salary for one engineer per day.
