Yinda YDLH series ribbon blender is also known as the ribbon blender mixer, dry powder mixing machine, spice powder mixing machine, seasoning powder mixer, etc.
Yinda ribbon mixer blender is widely used in food, medicine, chemical, and plastic industry for material mixing, especially suitable for viscous or agglomerate mixed powder material, and suitable for adding more liquid and powder material (or paste material) mixed.
This blender can not only mix the powder or particles with good fluidity but also the materials with not good fluidity, such as the material with a little water, sugary, or a little sticky.

Features
Yinda Ribbon mixer is mainly comprised of the barrel, spiral ribbon, and driven parts. The spiral ribbon is made of two layers. That is, the inner ribbon makes the material move outwards, while the external ribbon makes the material move inwards which forms a good circulation of material. The ribbon moves so circumferentially that the mixer could achieve fine mixing efficiency in a very short time.

Application
Installation and Commissioning and Training
1. Buyers arrange installation and debugging by themselves under a manual book from the supplier.
2. If the buyer requires engineers from the seller's party, the buyer should arrange the following items:
(A)Within 30 days after the machines are delivered to the buyer's factory, the buyer shall inform the seller to arrange for engineers to the buyer's factory for installation, commissioning, testing, and training of machine operators.
(B)The buyer should provide the engineers(1-2 person) the boarding and lodging, transportation during the engineer's stay in the buyer's country, and round trip air ticket and visa fee for the engineers. Besides, the buyer should pay the money as salary for one engineer per day.
