Introduction

A rotary vacuum dryer is a horizontal cylindrical jacketed shell with a hollow agitator, rotating in close clearance. In a batch operation, drying is done under a vacuum, heating is done through the jacket. The dryer offers a simple but effective method of drying wet cakes and sometimes slurries.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
ZPG Vacuum Harrow Dryer is an innovative horizontal batch-type vacuum dryer improved on the basis of the introduced technology of the rotary vacuum harrow dryer.
The moister of wet material will be evaporated by heat transmission. The stirrer with the blade will remove material on a hot surface and move in the container to form a cycle flow. The evaporated moisture will be pumped by the vacuum pump.


FEATURES

1. This dryer adapted the interlayer heating technology. The heat-conducting area is large and the heat efficiency is high.
 

2. This dryer is equipped with a stirring device; it keeps the raw material in a continuous circling status inside of the cylinder so the heating uniformity is improved greatly.

3. With the stirring functions, the dryer can easily dry the pulpiness, paste-like mixture, or powder materials.




APPLICATION

This dryer is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, chemical industry and etc. Especially suitable for the following materials: 

1. Pulpiness, paste-like mixture, or powder materials.

2. Thermal sensitive material which required to be dried at a lower temperature.

3. Materials that are easy to oxidize or explode and materials that has strong irritative or toxic.

4) Moisture contents before and after drying: 80% before, 2-3 % after. Drying temperature 90-100 C degree. 

5) Steam pressure: 5-10 Bar

Installation and Commissioning and Training:

1. Buyers arrange installation and debugging by themselves under a manual book from the supplier.

2. If the buyer requires engineers from the seller's party, the buyer should arrange the following items:

(A)Within 30 days after the machines are delivered to the buyer's factory, the buyer shall inform the seller to arrange engineers to the buyer's factory for installation, commissioning, testing, and training of machine operators.

(B)The buyer should provide the engineers(1-2 person) the boarding and lodging, transportation during the engineer's stay in the buyer's country, and round trip air ticket and visa fee for the engineers. Besides, the buyer should pay the money as salary for one engineer per day.
